    Paul is the Owner of the Practice, as well as Dixie the border terrier and Percy the mischievious cat! He has recently completed a surgical certificate qualification which enables him to confidently carry out very complex ops here on-site.

    Amanda is the Practice Manager at Avon Lodge. She has worked in veterinary practice and Blue Cross Animal Welfare. Her pets are Hector the cat, and Sushi the fish!

    Carolyn qualified as a vet in 1982 and works at our Bishopsworth surgery. She owns two black labradors, Earthy and Roly. Carolyn has worked for us for over thirty years!

    Marissa qualified as a vet in 2006 and has a particular interest in ultrasound. Marissa and her husband are now the very happy parents of a baby girl. Sharing the house will be their two cats Zamo and Luna!

    Sam qualified as a nurse in 2006. She owns a dog called Rocky, a lizard, two parrots and rabbits. Sam has a particular interest in breeding and obstetrics, and provides information and nurse clinics to assist clients throughout the process.

    Jo is an Animal Nursing Assistant who started work at Avon Lodge in 1984. She has various pets including dogs, a parrot, cats and rabbits. Jo has recently celebrated thirty years as an animal nursing assistant with Durrants/Avon Lodge!
